  • At least 2 years of professional experience supporting an HR function in a technology or commercial organization

  • Collaborate with Primary People Partners who are responsible for specific disciplines or practices

  • Support a variety of HR processes such as employee experience management, retention and performance development, initially with light supervision and progressing to full independence over time

  • Assist unit management with audits of local programs and frameworks, providing insight from the perspective of local labor law compliance

  • Contribute to townhalls and events organized within the unit and encourage employee attendance in the office

  • Participate in Shared Service Center activities and engage with different stakeholders across processes to address various issues and tasks

Opis

We are currently looking for a People Advisory Specialist. This role focuses on organizational people management support and the implementation of people processes and programs within a particular unit or units. In this position, you will support our employees and leaders across all EPAM HR processes, acting as a Practice/Discipline People Partner. The role requires working from the office twice per week at one of our locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan or Katowice.
