Wymagania

• Background in AI readiness (agentic AI, Copilots, prompt engineering, etc.) is strongly advantageous

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline

• 5+ years of experience in software QA and test automation with Java

• Expertise in testing front-end, microservices, and serverless applications

• Familiarity with testing REST APIs

• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and validating database migrations

• Knowledge of issue and test management tools such as Jira, QMetry, or TestRail

• Competency in version control systems and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of cloud environments, particularly AWS

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Test applications independently and collaboratively, utilizing both automation and manual testing

• Build comprehensive test cases based on user stories and business requirements

• Program and debug automated tests using frameworks like Java/Selenium and Typescript/Playwright

• Validate and interrogate databases through SQL queries

• Lead and mentor junior team members to strengthen the team’s capabilities

• Communicate effectively with project teams to assess features and refine requirements

• Develop tests aligned with functional and performance objectives

• Support the implementation of Test Driven Development within the Scrum process

• Review and refine tests and scripts created by team members

• Ensure defects are clearly documented and communicated across stakeholders

• Track development and testing progress while providing regular status updates

• Identify and escalate risks that may impact quality or delivery timelines

• Provide support in troubleshooting production issues as they arise

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools in testing automation

• Collaborate with key teams, including product, engineering, and operations
