Wymagania

• University degree (Logistics, Economics, Management, Engineering, or similar).

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic procurement (Strategic / Technical Buyer) within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, category management, and cost analysis (TCO, benchmarking).

• Proven negotiation skills and ability to build long-term supplier relationships.

• Good command of English (min. B2) and experience working in an international environment.

• Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills.

• Strategic, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with global suppliers, sustainability in procurement, or professional certifications (e.g. CIPS) will be an advantage.

Zakres obowiązków

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned material and service categories.

• Optimize procurement costs through TCO analyses, Value Engineering initiatives, and cost-reduction projects.

• Analyze supplier markets and industry trends, identifying risks and opportunities within the supply chain.

• Manage the supplier base, including selection, qualification, evaluation, and development based on quality, cost, and logistics KPIs.

• Lead commercial negotiations and conclude framework agreements and long-term contracts.

• Cooperate with global and European procurement teams and participate in consolidation initiatives.

• Work closely with Production, Logistics, R&D, Quality, and Planning departments, including procurement support for NPI/NPD projects.

• Ensure continuity of supply and component availability while optimizing inventory levels.

• Manage sourcing processes including RFI, RFQ, and RFP, as well as price benchmarking and scenario
