Wymagania
Degree in Engineering, Electrical & Mechanical discipline or related field
Experience of min. 4 working years, incl background in Engineering in dairy food or beverage industry.
Prior experience in liquid and powder technology.
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD
Good oral, written and presentation skills in English language are essential.
Emphatic with strong customer focus
Strong mechanical experience is required. Process knowledge will be an advantage.
Service oriented, patient, and a team player
Safety conscious and of good moral character
Technically inclined with good problem-solving skills and commercial affinity
Ready to travel and work out off hours
Able to interpret and understand P&IDs and schematic diagrams.
Zakres obowiązków
Conduct client site’s survey to gather detailed information on customer needs and requirements.
Collaborate with the Sales/Service sales team to develop tailored solutions based on client feedback and capture opportunities for sales upgrades and generate new business.
Participates in all phases of a project as required from initial customer meetings through pre-award sales support, cost estimation, proposal generation, engineering, commissioning and start up. As assigned by the Line Manager is responsible for specific technical areas of the project, engineering / sizing / specifying technical solutions and equipment which meet customer expectations/specifications within the time and budget constraints of the contract.
Provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
Strives for complete customer satisfaction by working closely with all GEA organization units to ensure successful project execution, including supporting GEA Service Support (technical support and warranty group) with problem resolution during system commissioning.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and presentations.
Conduct production supervision and training of customer personnel
Prepare Hazard and Risk Assessment and ensure implementation in compliance with customer & company SOP
Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities and client interactions.
Promote company’s product and services
