Opis

For the ISS Global Finance Service Centre in Gdańsk, we are looking for an experienced RTR Associate who will deliver front‑office Record to Report transactional services to the business. Main responsibilities: Process standard and recurring journal entries in line with accounting policies Support cash management, including bank uploads and reconciliations Execute cost allocations and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations Support month‑end close activities and accounting quality checks Perform intercompany accounting tasks Maintain and update process documentation Support ad hoc RTR activities as required Professional Skills: University degree in Finance / Accounting or final year of studies Minimum 2 years of RTR experience Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) Very good English, both written and spoken Experience in a Finance Shared Service Centre is an advantage Key Personal Qualifications: Team‑oriented with a problem‑solving mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic international environment Motivation to learn, develop, and improve processes What we offer: Scandinavian work culture and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
