  • You have any hands-on experience with implementing marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze), campaign development, and improving customer engagement.

  • You are confident working with AMPscript, SSJS, Liquid, HTML/CSS, and you are familiar with APIs and integrations between MarTech and CRM or data platforms.

  • You are curious about AI and marketing process automation and have already experimented with them to speed up campaign builds, documentation, or QA, with the ambition to grow into next-generation marketing solutions.

  • You feel comfortable working with segmentation and analytics, and while you may use SQL today, you are equally eager to explore new tools and automation techniques that simplify data work. Any understanding of how Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud or Hightouch enable real-time audience activation will be considered a strong asset.

  • You are genuinely passionate about marketing and customer engagement, and any previous experience gained in consulting, a digital agency, or in-house marketing teams will be considered a strong asset.

  • You collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and you are able to explain complex concepts in clear and practical terms.

  • It will be an additional advantage if you have worked with Salesforce CRM or other CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Creatio, since many of our projects require integrating Marketing Cloud or Braze with enterprise CRM systems.

  • You communicate in English at a B2 level or higher, both in writing and speaking.

  • As a Junior Marketing Automation Developer, you will work with international clients to design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze solutions. You will be responsible for building campaigns, customer journeys, and landing pages that deliver personalized and relevant customer experiences. A key part of your role will be to integrate these platforms with external systems and data sources using APIs and connectors, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the marketing ecosystem.You will also support segmentation, analytics, and reporting, helping clients understand and optimize the performance of their campaigns. Beyond traditional approaches, you will have the opportunity to explore modern methods of data activation, including Customer Data Platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud or e.g. Hightouch. Your work will also involve troubleshooting and continuously optimizing existing solutions to ensure they remain scalable, reliable, and effective. Collaboration will be central to your daily tasks, as you work within agile teams alongside consultants, designers, and strategists to deliver measurable value in our clients’ digital transformation initiatives.
