Wymagania
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Experience in engineering or product development projects (automotive, powersports, machinery or similar industries preferred)
Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic engineering environment
Good understanding of product development processes and technical documentation
Strong communication skills and very good command of English
Quality- and customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Interest in off-road vehicles, automotive or powersports technologies will be a strong advantage
Zakres obowiązków
Lead engineering projects related to the development and launch of off-road vehicles adapted to European homologation requirements
Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution
Manage project scope, schedule, budget and technical deliverables from concept phase through production launch
Coordinate collaboration between engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, testing and external suppliers
Monitor project costs including Bill of Materials (BOM) and support cost optimization activities
Coordinate design development, prototyping, testing, validation and production readiness
Lead project status reviews, identify technical risks and drive problem-solving activities
Ensure compliance with technical specifications, regulatory requirements and quality standards
Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and project execution
Opis
We are looking for a Project Engineer who will lead engineering projects related to the development and industrialization of Polaris off-road vehicles for the European market. In this role you will act as a technical project leader, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to technical and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, testing and external suppliers to successfully bring new vehicle solutions from concept to production. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced powersports technologies and contribute to the development of Polaris vehicles used across Europe.
