Zakres obowiązków

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and communicating with candidates.

  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source candidates for various positions.

  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.

  • Prepare interview materials, maintain recruitment databases, and ensure data accuracy in the system.

  • Assist hiring managers in understanding job requirements and team needs, offering support during the hiring process.

  • Continuously learn about recruitment strategies and tools, while receiving feedback and guidance from more senior team members.
