A client in the insurance sector is launching a pan-European project to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Service and Sales) Responsibilities:
Implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM (Customer Service, Sales, Contact Center) and Power Platform
Participating in the full software development cycle
Collaboration with the business team and other technical staff Profile
At least 3 years of experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM platform (as a Developer)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales and Customer Service)
Experience in system configuration and customization (Power Automate, C#/.NET plugins, PCF, TypeScript)
Knowledge of Dynamics integration mechanisms in Azure (API/Logic Apps/Functions/APIM)
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD processes, and Azure DevOps
English proficiency sufficient for fluent communication with an international team
Ability to communicate effectively in a team and collaborate proactively
Taking responsibility for assigned work and a commitment to quality assurance
Openness to learning new things Preferred:
