Wymagania

  • Min. 5 years of experience with multi-tax jurisdiction ERP implementation (configuration and development) for a multinational organisation is critical (specific SAP experience is a must).

  • Experience integrating tax engines and tax technology into ERP systems.

  • Track record in tax technology, delivering cross-jurisdiction projects to drive value.

  • Preferable tax qualification (CTA / ADIT or equivalent).

  • Awareness of future changes in tax law and regulation – horizon scanning.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and data analytics platforms (e.g. Alteryx, PowerBI, etc.).

  • Proficient in Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in both English and Polish is required.

  • Experience in a high change, fast-paced environment, with retail experience preferable.

  • Ability to simplify complex matters and to prepare summary overviews.

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Self-motivation and excellent time and project management skills.

  • Willingness to work under a fixed-term employment contract for the duration of the project.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Lead the implementation of a new multi-tax jurisdiction ERP system (SAP) on behalf of the Group Tax Team from design through to go-live and stabilisation.

  • Collaborate with core components of the Group Tax Team (Tax Compliance and Reporting, Transfer Pricing, etc.) and ERP implementation team (Finance and IT).

  • Responsible for relevant tax modules of the new ERP system – ensuring it meets the needs of the Group Tax Team across direct, indirect, and international tax.

  • Coordinate tax requirements gathering, process design, and solution validation across direct, indirect, and international tax functions.

  • Analyse and document current tax processes and translate them into future-state ERP workflows.

  • Drive innovation through the use of technology to standardise, automate, and simplify tax processes, and oversee the integration with the ERP system.

  • Define and validate tax data requirements including sensitive master data, transactional data, and reporting outputs.

  • Support Tax Compliance and Reporting on a group-wide basis (including Direct and Indirect Tax), covering a number of entities and jurisdictions.

  • Manage tax risk through ensuring effective controls and test effectiveness of controls.

  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder queries.

  • Link with internal audit and act as subject matter expert to validate controls.

  • Consider differences between countries, geographical requirements, legislative compliance and business needs when managing the strategy for implementation of the ERP system and wider tax systems.

  • Drive best practice processes and governance across all entities.

  • As a member of the Group Tax Team, contribute to and drive the long-term strategic thinking and performance of the function as well as harnessing the benefits of one aligned business.

  • Collaborate with members of the Group Tax Team.
