Software Developer (.NET) Location: Hybrid (Warsaw) Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland) Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 12 months Start date: ASAP/1 month Rate: 110-160 pln/h (net+vat) General information: Software Developer role in support for Operational Applications Tasks: Design, development and delivery of solutions and applications Design and development of software components and Web Services Translation of requirements into design Proposing technical solutions for business needs and technical problems Creating technical documentation Optimization of software from performance, security and quality points of view Estimation of effort and time required for development Management of configurations and releases Maintenance of parts of the entire codebase (Database, Model, UI, extensions etc.) Collection and interpretation of software metrics Leadership of development teams Act as 2nd and 3rd line support, identification and solving problems, knowledge transfers Contributing to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deployment What we expect from you: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position Proficiency in English at C1 level Technical knowledge and experience:Going through the complete lifecycle of the solution at least 3 timesHands-on experience in Visual StudioHands-on experience with IIS, bug tracking and Azure Devops administration skills (pipeline definition, releases configuration)Experience with Power Shell scripting development, including process automation improvementWorking experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL ServerWorking experience in Agile/Scrum methodologyBasic knowledge regarding networking and security (certificates management)Higher Education in fields of computer science, mathematics or similarNice to have:Security clearance: CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL might be required at the start of assignmentSpecific professional experience related to the profile: Experience with HTML 5/CSS/ JavaScript, JQuery, AjaxSpecific expertise: Expert in designing and documenting in UMLProfessional skills with respect to experience, training and certification: Equivalent to Microsoft Role Based Certification (AZ 900, MS 900, AZ 204, AZ 400) Going through the complete lifecycle of the solution at least 3 times Hands-on experience in Visual Studio Hands-on experience with IIS, bug tracking and Azure Devops administration skills (pipeline definition, releases configuration) Experience with Power Shell scripting development, including process automation improvement Working experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server Working experience in Agile/Scrum methodology Basic knowledge regarding networking and security (certificates management) Higher Education in fields of computer science, mathematics or similar Nice to have: Security clearance: CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL might be required at the start of assignment Specific professional experience related to the profile: Experience with HTML 5/CSS/ JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax Specific expertise: Expert in designing and documenting in UML Professional skills with respect to experience, training and certification: Equivalent to Microsoft Role Based Certification (AZ 900, MS 900, AZ 204, AZ 400) What will the recruitment process look like: Your CV will be verified by Hays Recruiter Recruiter will contact you by phone - a 15-minute conversation about the project and your experience Technical conversation with the client (max 2 stages) Offer Welcome to the project!
