Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Hospitality or related field preferred; equivalent operational/airline experience will be considered.

A highly motivated flexible individual with a disciplined outlook, demonstrated capacity for hard work and responsibility.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Experience managing a team.

Strong interpersonal skills and analytical skills.

Level-headed, calm and the ability to think and respond appropriately in challenging situations.

Track record of achieving targets and reporting weekly on key performance indicators.

Ability to travel extensively across our network.

Previous experience in Operations management in a large organization is desirable but not essential.
