Minimum 2 years of relevant HR or related field experience
English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above
Experience supporting HR functions in technology or commercial environments
Capability to juggle several priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Readiness to adapt to ongoing change and work through ambiguity and complexity
Strong people skills to establish positive relationships, earn trust, and deliver proactive, confident, timely guidance with energetic optimism
Basic understanding with practical exposure to Polish Labor Law
Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and retention initiatives, including ability to analyze HR data and metrics
Ability to work from the office at least 2 days per week in one of these locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan, or Katowice

Collaborate closely with Primary People Partners who cover defined disciplines or practices

Coordinate and join unit townhalls and events to encourage engagement and strengthen office attendance

You will guide employees and leaders through EPAM HR workflows, collaborating with Primary People Partners and the Shared Service Center; apply today.
