Buzz, part of the Ryanair Group and headquartered in Warsaw (Poland), have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious & career driven candidate who wants to develop their career within Europe’s largest airline group. This is a key role, working closely with the Buzz Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & managing all aspects of airline finance. As Head of Finance, you will play a key role in the strategic growth of the airline which is growing to a fleet of almost 90 aircraft in 2026. Manage the preparation of financial & management reports, incl. monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements. Cost control, incl. oversight of cost saving initiatives with the CFO. Provide insightful and timely financial reporting to the leadership team to support informed decision-making. Planning, co-ordinating and managing internal and external audits. Identifying, recommending and assisting in implementation of systems to drive efficiency and enhance productivity. Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
