Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Over 7 years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in.NET Framework and/or.NET Core development
Proven experience with cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Functions, Cognitive Services, Azure AI tools)
Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI APIs, GPT models, or similar AI/ML frameworks
In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design
Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with excellent communication skills

We are looking for a talented Lead.NET Engineer with deep expertise in AI and Azure to drive innovative solutions for our client's insurance-focused projects. This role will involve designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions, mentoring a team of developers, and delivering high-performance, scalable applications. This position offers a hybrid model of work, with 3 days per week working from one of our offices located in Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, Warsaw, Katowice, Poznan and Lodz.
