Wymagania

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 12-15 Years of experience.

• Proven experience in managing application outages and supporting AI-driven applications in production environments.

• Strong technical expertise in data engineering workflows, along with familiarity in AI/ML/RPA systems and incident management processes.

• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide, mentor, and manage small teams with effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational setup, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous support and service reliability.

• Certifications in ITIL, AI/ML, or related fields.

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

As AI/Automation Ops Lead, support you will support data engineers by ensuring smooth data pipeline operations, optimizing workflows, and resolving issues efficiently. Lead application outage management through coordinated incident response, root cause analysis, and robust documentation. Oversee AI applications to maintain performance, monitor for anomalies, and implement improvements in collaboration with AI teams. Manage and mentor a team, ensuring effective task execution and professional growth. Establish and maintain 24/7 operational support through strategic planning, shift management, and contingency readiness.
