• 7+ years of experience in SAP-related development, including SAPUI5, BTP, HANA, CAP, and Node.js

• Proven experience in a Team Lead role, managing and mentoring teams of 10+ engineers

• Strong expertise in Node.js and solid understanding of JavaScript

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Piper, Webdriver.IO, or similar

• Good understanding of cloud architecture and microservices design principles

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
