Employment type:12 months fixed term contract Language Requirements:Fluent French & English Working Model:Minimum 6 days in a month from the office (Warsaw Centre) About the Role We are looking for an experiencedHR Specialist with French to join our clients HR Operations team. In this role, you will provide high-quality operational and administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. You will work independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient HR services. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR Operations tasks with a high degree of autonomy. Prepare, maintain, and update HR documentation (contracts, letters, employee files, etc.). Support various HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and local regulations. Handle sensitive and confidential employee data with integrity and professionalism. Respond to employee inquiries via HR systems and ticketing tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow). Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent HR Operations role, either as a standalone HR Ops specialist or as part of a shared service/HR team. Strong administrative background, ideally with direct experience creating and managing HR documentation. General experience in HR or related departments, with proven exposure to confidential and sensitive information. Documented ability and willingness to work with technology, including HRIS and ticketing systems—experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a strong advantage. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
