• 4+ years of experience in software development and integration across the full system implementation lifecycle (analysis, design, implementation, build, test, support)

• 3+ years of hands-on Java experience

• Strong SQL skills

• Hands-on experience developing/configuring AI Agents

• Strong self-management and prioritization abilities

• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level), with proven experience in client-facing roles
