  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a comparable discipline

  • B2 (Upper-Intermediate) English proficiency or higher

  • Exposure to HR support work in technology or commercial organizations

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and hit deadlines in a fast-moving environment

  • Comfort operating through change and navigating complex, uncertain contexts

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust while offering proactive, confident, and timely advice with an energetic, optimistic mindset

  • Basic Polish Labor Law knowledge with practical experience applying it

  • Working knowledge of onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and retention initiatives, alongside skills to analyze HR data and metrics

  • Willingness to work from the office at least 2 days per week in Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan, or Katowice

We are looking for a People Advisory Specialist to strengthen people partnership and advisory across business units and ensure consistent delivery of HR programs. You will support leaders and employees through EPAM HR processes, assisting with audits, events, and stakeholder collaboration; apply now.
