We are looking for individuals who already have some experience in customer support—preferably in a B2B environment—and want to take the next step in their professional development. Your Responsibilities: Support customers throughout the entire OTC process—from order entry to delivery. Monitor order fulfilment and take proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle complaints and provide professional, timely responses. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, transport) locally and internationally. Work in SAP SD and ensure documentation complies with company and legal standards. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in customer service (e.g., call center, B2B support, back-office) or working with SAP systems. Strong English skills (C1) and proficiency in Italian(B2/C1) Customer-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in an international environment.
