Opis
We are looking for a Junior Community Manager to join a multicultural team dedicated to supporting large-scale tech programs for a global client. In this role, you will jumpstart your career in the fast-evolving landscape of Developer Relations, gaining hands-on experience in program operations and communication while learning how complex technical communities are built and maintained. You will be mentored by senior colleagues, giving you a front-row seat to high-level stakeholder management as you explore the intersection of technology, content, and community engagement. Responsibilities Administer the onboarding and offboarding processes for new community members and agencies Gather engagement data and monitor discussions to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for program improvement Support stakeholders and communities with standard FAQs, drafting communication templates and newsletters Assist in reporting activities, manage travel processes (e.g., verifying applications) and conduct simple research activities Maintain comprehensive process documentation and help curate a knowledge base of helpful resources Requirements No prior corporate experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a B2/C1 level Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and work comfortably in a multitasking environment Proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Nice to have Background in being a member, organizer or lead of a community (e.g., student organizations, developer groups, NGOs, charity organizations) Capability to quickly learn new tools and administration platforms Proficiency in Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail) Familiarity with community management platforms (like Slack, Discord) and project management tools (like Asana, Trello) Experience in organizing and executing online or offline events
