Zakres obowiązków
  • Drive restaurant sales acquisition: oversee sales pipelines, outbound lead generation, and closing key deals with large groups and chains.

  • Recruit, train, and coach sales teams in strategy, product knowledge, and advanced selling techniques (Challenger, SPIN, SNAP).

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and market expansion plans, ensuring demand and supply alignment in new cities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, from independent restaurants to national chains.

  • Negotiate complex deal terms with C-level stakeholders, securing high-revenue, long-term partnerships.

  • Continuously improve sales tools, CRM processes, and Bolt Food’s Sales Playbook to enhance team efficiency.

We are looking for a rockstar Senior Sales Team Lead to join the Bolt Food team in order to build and grow our partners database in the market. You’ll be responsible for recruiting and managing the team that oversees partners acquisition both for restaurants and grocery stores.
