For our client, a leader in the FinTech sector, we are looking for a person for the Corporate Development & M&A Specialist role, who will support the company in delivering strategic development, transactional, and optimization projects. The role combines the full end‑to‑end M&A transaction cycle with broadly defined corporate development initiatives focused on increasing business efficiency and scalability. Scope of Responsibilities Conducting market analyses and identifying potential acquisition targets. Building financial models, preparing valuations, and participating in due diligence processes. Supporting negotiations and preparing transaction-related documentation. Monitoring trends in the fintech and financial services sectors. Participating in synergy projects and post‑transaction integration activities (including scale effects analysis and identification of improvement opportunities). Supporting optimization and improvement initiatives, analyzing processes, preparing recommendations, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency. Requirements We are looking for a person who will play a key role in executing M&A and strategic initiatives. Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A, transaction advisory, or financial analysis. University degree (preferred fields: finance, economics, management). Strong knowledge of financial modeling and business valuation. Ability to think analytically and work under time pressure. Advanced command of English (minimum B2+/C1). Experience in the Software/ICT industry or the banking/financial services sector.
