Zakres obowiązków
Take full responsibility for site installation management
Manage site logistics, including deliveries and on-site material handling
Define and manage the work breakdown structure (WBS) of site activities
Supervise and coordinate assembly teams and subcontractors
Act as the responsible person for assembly quality
Ensure compliance with time schedules and continuously monitor project status
Monitor site costs and budget, report deviations and risks to the Project Manager
Coordinate assembly activities with:Design / engineering departments, including finalizing design studies on site when requiredCustomers, ensuring smooth interfaces and alignment on site execution

Manage contractors and ensure contractual and HSE compliance
Report site labor through timesheet records
Ensure correct management and availability of tools and site commodities
Hand over a SAT-approved plant to the commissioning engineers

Liaise with local stakeholders (R&C’s, HSE specialists, consultants, authorities as required)
Estimate assembly hours and updated planning for scope changes during installation (change orders)
Identify risks and improvement opportunities to optimize execution

At GEA, we are shaping the future of process technology. To support our growing projects within the Nutrition Plant Engineering Division, we are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to take a key role on-site during installation and erection phase.
