About the Company Position Overview As a Junior Finance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting financial operations within the Shared Services team, helping to ensure accuracy and efficiency across various processes. Key Responsibilities Your daily tasks may include: Handling financial documentation such as invoices, expense reports, and payments Maintaining master data and addressing queries from vendors and clients Assisting with account reconciliations and processing incoming payments Supporting month-end close procedures and preparing journal entries Ensuring compliance with internal controls and maintaining data integrity Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations Participating in process transitions and contributing to ongoing improvements What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in English (minimum B2) Previous experience in finance (internship or entry-level role) is a plus Solid knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, international setting What’s in It for You: Secure and long-term employment Hybrid work setup Private healthcare Sports membership Access to a cafeteria benefits platform
