As a Quantum Associate, you will contribute to cutting-edge initiatives in quantum safety and quantum computing, supporting the development of innovative solutions and helping translate advanced research into practical business outcomes. Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in PQC implementations or applied cryptography
Knowledge of crypto-agility and quantum risk mitigation strategies
Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows
Contributions to research, open-source projects, or hackathons

Your key responsibilities
Support development and delivery of quantum technology solutions, prototypes, and accelerators
Contribute to quantum safety (PQC) initiatives, including risk assessments and migration planning
Develop and test quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning use cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, AI/ML, platform teams) to deliver integrated solutions
Build and maintain experimentation pipelines and software tools
Perform benchmarking and analysis of quantum and hybrid solutions
Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
Contribute to research, innovation, and knowledge-sharing within the team
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Applied Mathematics, or related field
2–3+ years of experience in at least one area:
Quantum computing or quantum algorithms
Cryptography or security engineering
Post-quantum cryptography
Understanding of quantum computing fundamentals (qubits, gates, NISQ limitations)
Experience with Python and scientific libraries (NumPy, SciPy, pandas)
Familiarity with at least one quantum SDK (e.g., Qiskit, PennyLane, Azure Quantum)
Basic knowledge of cryptographic concepts (PKI, TLS, key exchange)
