• Strong client-facing, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills

• 3+ years in GenAI and traditional ML delivery management (e.g., RAG-based applications, chatbots, recommender systems, forecasting systems)

• 3+ years of previous experience as an engineer (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps, Python engineer)

• Solid understanding of GenAI and ML technologies, and data management fundamentals

• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks)

• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams

• Ability to enforce engineering excellence and work closely with solution architects
