Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development or Adult Education, ideally within an international corporate setting
Proactive mindset paired with a genuine passion for continuous learning
Capability to handle several tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Outstanding organizational and people skills, along with comfort operating across a culturally diverse workplace
Service-oriented approach with a focus on user needs
Strong written and spoken communication abilities in both English and Polish
Zakres obowiązków
Manage the student onboarding journey and act as the primary liaison for learners throughout their educational experience
Support recurring reporting duties, administrative workflows and day-to-day operational activities
Partner with Regional Program Coordination Teams to remain up to date on students participating in Campus courses
Cooperate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Human Resources departments to maintain seamless communication and effective delivery of corporate procedures
Promote Campus at both internal and external gatherings such as Department Meetings, Job Fairs and University events
Handle administrative matters related to internships and make sure they are completed on schedule

In this position, you will oversee team initiatives and contribute to regional educational activities, playing an essential role in guiding future IT professionals toward rewarding careers.
