Guide new learners through their onboarding experience and remain their main point of reference for the duration of their studies
Contribute to ongoing reporting activities, administrative responsibilities and daily operational matters
Team up with Regional Program Coordination Teams to stay current on students taking part in Campus offerings
Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Human Resources colleagues to ensure reliable communication and consistent application of corporate workflows
Showcase Campus at both in-house and external activities, such as Department Meetings, Job Fairs and University events
Manage paperwork and administrative processes connected to internships, ensuring completion within agreed deadlines

We are searching for a Talent Development Specialist to expand our EPAM Campus team in Poland. EPAM Campus is a global corporate educational initiative that supports learners of all ages and professional experiences in launching their careers in IT. In this position, you will lead team-based projects and contribute to regional educational operations, playing a vital part in shaping the next generation of IT talent.
