We are recruiting for one of the leading global companies in the chemical and advanced materials industry. The organization develops innovative solutions used in sectors such as automotive, construction, and high‑performance technical materials. To support their growing operations, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with French. Responsibilities Manage the full order lifecycle — from order entry to final delivery Provide excellent customer service to dedicated customers Support customers throughout the entire OTC process Monitor the fulfillment of customer orders and take action when customer satisfaction is at risk Communicate with French‑speaking customers and internal teams Represent customer interests by managing complaints and delivering professional, timely responses Cooperate with various departments locally and abroad (sales, finance, logistics, transport) Investigate and resolve order‑related issues and discrepancies Maintain accurate data and ensure proper documentation and compliant document flow Prepare reports and support continuous process improvements Requirements Proficiency in French and English Experience in order management or customer operations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment ERP system knowledge is an advantage Benefits Private medical care (Lux Med VIP package) Meal subsidy Public transport subsidy Remote work allowance – 110 PLN Workation option – up to 3 weeks per year from any EU country Hybrid work model – 3 days per week from the office We are recruiting for one of the leading global companies in the chemical and advanced materials industry.
