• For the ISS Global Finance Service Centre in Gdańsk, we are looking for an RTR Junior Associate to support Record to Report processes and deliver high-quality transactional accounting services, with the opportunity to actively contribute to the company’s growth and take part in the transition and process development initiatives.

Opis

Main Purpose of the Position The role focuses on accurate cost recording, cashbook analysis, and reconciliation of key general ledger and balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Main responsibilities: Posting standard and recurring journal entries Cashbook management: bank file uploads and reconciliations Executing cost allocations Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations Supporting month-end close activities and handling related queries Intercompany activities Preparing and updating operating procedures Supporting ad hoc tasks as required Requirements: University degree in Finance / Accounting or final year of studies First experience in accounting or finance (including internships) Very good English (spoken and written) Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Ability to work in an international, dynamic environment What do we offer: Scandinavian work culture and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
