Wymagania
Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
Knowledge and practical experience with accounting standards such as local GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting regulations.
Good knowledge of tax regulations.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.
Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Collaborative mindset, solution-oriented approach, and flexibility.
Strong prioritization, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage.
Zakres obowiązków
Posting accounting documents, processing data, and executing and ensuring compliance with month-end closing activities.
Preparing and posting payroll-related entries, accruals, prepayments, and VAT postings in accordance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Ensuring compliance with local accounting regulations, tax laws, and internal standards within the RTR area.
Monitoring open items, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring timely reconciliation and clearance of balance sheet accounts.
Ensuring the delivery of RTR activities in line with defined quality KPIs and agreed timelines.
Implementing and complying with internal controls related to RTR processes in accordance with internal procedures and control requirements.
Identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and carrying out escalation activities when necessary.
Cooperating with auditors and other finance and accounting departments.
Participating in standardization, automation, and internal improvement projects.
