Job specifics:
Location: Kowalska, Wroclaw, Poland
This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.
Travel - May include up to 10% international

Your Skills and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management and Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or a related technical field
At least 5 years of relevant packaging industry experience.
Strong packaging technical expertise with a proven track record of delivering VAVE and cost-saving projects across the end-to-end supply chain
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English.
Self-starter with a proactive approach, initiative, and ability to manage rapidly changing priorities.
Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power Bi)
Hands-on expertise with ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) test protocols for distribution and transit packaging validation.
SAP / Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems / ArtiosCAD for packaging design / TOPS or related software
Broad experience across diverse packaging materials, supplier ecosystems, sustainability initiatives, and manufacturing processes, with deep expertise in tertiary (transport) packaging
Strong project management leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Passion for technical innovation and ability to develop new packaging ideas based on customer and business needs..

Leading projects focused on unitization improvement to maximize transport utilization and improve warehouse cube efficiency across the distribution centers in partnership with Logistic
Leading Cost Saving Assessments in Manufacturing plants, Logistic and Suppliers
Delivering VAVE cost-saving projects across the End-to-End (E2E) supply chain and cross-Business Group (BG) initiatives, in close partnership with Procurement/Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
Driving materials and structural design optimization enhance performance, cost, and manufacturability.
Investigating systemic quality and damage issues, providing recommendations, and driving sustainable improvements.
Exploring and unlocking new, sustainable, and innovative packaging materials and technologies to enable cost and sustainability goals.
