The Financial Planning Scholar will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis within a dynamic corporate environment. This role is designed for a graduate-level student who wants to apply academic knowledge to real-world financial processes, develop analytical skills, and learn best practices in IFRS compliance and corporate reporting.

Assist in consolidating annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Help develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business performance and strategic options.
Analyze financial results and variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Prepare reporting materials including KPIs, trend analysis, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
Explore best practices in financial planning and IFRS compliance; contribute to internal projects and presentations.
Collaborate with finance teams to understand corporate financial systems and processes.
Learn to work with VW financial systems (ZEUS, Board, & FACTS) for data entry and reporting accuracy.
Gain exposure to advanced Excel modeling and financial analytics tools.
Participate in planning and review meetings with finance managers and directors.
Communicate findings clearly and professionally to support decision-making.
