Lead and develop the local operations compliance team, ensuring full adherence to internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
Own driver and fleet verification procedures, ensuring compliance with local and EU road transportation, tax, and legal regulations.
Design, implement, and continuously improve compliance policies and procedures in close collaboration with Legal and Policy teams.
Manage the rollout of new regulatory-driven processes, tools, and features across local operations.
Monitor regulatory changes at local, national, and European levels and ensure timely operational implementation.
Ensure compliance awareness across the organization by driving training programs and on-the-job learning.

We are looking for an Operations Manager, Compliance, to own and strengthen our ride-hailing operations compliance in Warsaw, Poland. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct responsibility for regulatory adherence, driver and fleet verification, and operational quality across local operations. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent employment opportunity. Your work will have a visible, real-time impact on how our platform operates in one of our key markets. You will take full ownership of compliance across local operations, navigating Polish and European regulations while building scalable processes that support sustainable growth. This is not a purely advisory role. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can build and lead a local compliance team, translate complex regulations into operational processes, and work cross-functionally with Legal, Public Affairs, Finance, Tax, and Central Operations to ensure we operate to the highest standards while continuing to scale.
