What you’ll do

• Processing of all Corporate Action events -both Mandatory and Voluntary within IG systems

• Sending Client emails describing corporate action events and election choice

• Collation of Client instructions

• Preparation of Client Bookings

• Posting of Client Dividends, across product ranges in different IG systems - Synthetic Dividend reconciliation

• Handling client queries and queries from helpdesk-Processing of Stock Transfers

• Update of IG internal systems accurately

• Resolving reconciliation issues arising out of Corporate Action events

• Flexible with Rotational Shifts (9 AM to 6 PM Shift and 12 PM to 9 PM Shift and 8PM to 5AM).

What you’ll need for this role

• Basic understanding of various Corporate Action events

• Basic Microsoft excel knowledge

• Familiarity with the risks associated with corporate action events including client money

• Ability to work with a great deal of attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team

• Good communication skills

• Should be able to go beyond the roles and responsibility and should be able to help

• Excellent organizational skills.
