Description
We are currently looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to make the team even stronger. To succeed in this role, you should have a very good attention to detail, ease of learning, and accuracy in every task performed. The ability to work in a dynamic environment and communicate at different levels within the organization would be a great success factor. This is a hybrid job in Katowice. Responsibilities Deliver operational support in one of the main People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, with assignment determined by business priorities Address and resolve employee inquiries using a ticketing system, ensuring responses are timely and accurate Maintain and update employee information in internal and external HR and payroll platforms, focusing on precision and compliance Assist in ensuring HR documentation and procedures align with internal standards and legal regulations Contribute to the creation of reports and summaries for operational or compliance purposes Work with the People Team to refine processes, improve employee experience, and support team initiatives Requirements Strong attention to detail in all tasks Good command of English at B2 level Proficiency in Polish language Proactive attitude, positive outlook, and ability to work collaboratively Experience working in a multicultural setting is advantageous Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities Capability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Requirements
Strong attention to detail in all tasks
Good command of English at B2 level
Proficiency in Polish language
Proactive attitude, positive outlook, and ability to work collaboratively
