We are hiring an Associate People Operations Specialist to help build a stronger team. This opportunity suits individuals who excel at paying close attention to details, pick up new skills quickly, and consistently deliver accurate results. Adaptability in a fast-moving environment and strong communication across all levels are essential for success. The position is hybrid and located in Katowice. Responsibilities Offer operational support in one of the main People Operations areas: Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration, based on current organizational needs Respond to employee requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and precise solutions Maintain and update employee information in HR and payroll systems, keeping records accurate and compliant Help with the upkeep of HR documentation and processes, following company policies and legal standards Assist in compiling operational and compliance reports Work with the People Team to improve procedures, boost employee satisfaction, and contribute to team initiatives Requirements Exceptional attention to detail in all responsibilities English proficiency at B2 level Fluency in Polish Proactive approach, positive outlook, and strong teamwork skills Experience in multicultural environments is preferred Clear and effective communication skills, both written and spoken Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges Reliability in handling confidential information
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail in all responsibilities
English proficiency at B2 level
Fluency in Polish
