Your profile and qualifications
Experience in industrial automation system projects, with bonus points for knowledge in beverage and food processes
Multidisciplinary background to work in both traditional mechanical companies and those focused solely on industrial automation
Programming language knowledge
PLC programming skills (Rockwell and Siemens)
Knowledge of ISA symbology standards
Experience with batch routines
Proven knowledge of industrial networks and physical/virtual server configurations.
Ability to work under pressure;
Availability for frequent travel;
Good communication skills;
Team player;
Self-motivated;
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering
Portuguese;
English;
Spanish
PCS7, PlantPAx, PlantIT or Braumat
Knowledge in industrial process of Beverage or milk
Database knowledge
Your responsibilities and tasks
Specify and design automated control systems for equipment
Program/configure and test system functionality both on benches and in the field;
Diagnose, modify, and improve application software for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), preferably Siemens and Rockwell, using ladder logic, blocks, Grafcet, etc;
Specify, design, implement, and modify objects in supervisory and control application software;
Specify, design, and configure industrial networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profibus DP/PA, Modbus, ASi, Profinet, IO-Link, etc.), including startup;
Prepare relevant technical documentation;
Follow total quality principles;
Conduct technical training;
