Wymagania
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, operational finance, or business partnering roles (retail or consumer-facing industry experience preferred)
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights and influence operational decision-making.
Strong understanding of retail operations, store performance metrics, and investment appraisal.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel).
Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Jedox) is an advantage
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are a plus but not mandatory.
Fluent in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic thinking and decision support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Zakres obowiązków
Act as a strategic finance partner to store operations, providing actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and commercial performance.
Analyse investment performance to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful recommendations that support business growth.
Lead investment appraisals for key strategic initiatives, ensuring robust financial analysis and post-implementation performance tracking.
Participate actively in senior leadership meetings, contributing financial insights and commercial perspectives to support strategic decision-making.
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes in close collaboration with operational stakeholders.
Oversee weekly and monthly performance reporting, delivering targeted insights on store performance, cost drivers, and strategic initiatives.
Ensure all financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities are tailored to the specific needs and strategic priorities.
