Wymagania
Comprehensive knowledge (6+years) of relevant experience in respective services (e.g. Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or Distribution environment)
Experience in root cause analysis and problem solving methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, FMEA)
Certified purple badge required and green or black belt preferred
Project management experience
Ability to accomplish results through others, particularly by establishing relationships, effective controls and monitoring processes
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Personal Drive & Coping with Pressure
Experience of indirect management - managing by influence
Experience in working with virtual teams
Office/reporting tools proficiency, especially advanced Excel, also business intelligence tools, ie. PowerBI
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of professional work experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Zakres obowiązków
Directly responsible to manage, expedite and solve critical shortages within Business Line supply chain for a global market.
Ability to manage/work directly with a worldwide team, dealing with the complexities of multi-geographic manufacturing and cultures, and having the ability to support execution with insourced/outsourced supply chain.
Meet with the various internal and external manufacturing partners (EMS/ODM/JDM) weekly to review/resolve the critical and operational shortages
Foster strong working relationships with business units internal to Nokia and with external project vendors and suppliers.
Further develop, support, and utilize Nokia’s strategic analytical tools in support of global allocation and market constraints
Drive Scenario planning to support strategic decisions on allocation of inventory.
Resolve any outstanding material issues in terms of re-allocation of material, global shortage constraints, and other supply issues, and offer strategic solutions for the future.
Identify opportunities to reduce excess incurred costs, including freight, PPV and NCNR items.
Search distribution and broker markets to clear shortages.
Create and/or enhance process improvement policy and guidelines in support of global shortage issues
Provide overall leadership in the integration of global policy and procedure in support of clearing critical shortages.
Acquire support, facilitate interfaces between the business units, internal business partners and suppliers, needed to clear material shortages.
Align strategies and priorities with other Business groups and coordinate services, projects, and plans to ensure priorities are addressed appropriately
Share knowledge and understanding on processes, metrics, reporting and tools
Participates with other members of the BU core staff to establish and execute business strategy.
Participates with other members of X-functional organizations to ensure Business Line revenue, on time delivery, Quality & Reliability and customer satisfaction metrics are met.
Lead, Program Manage, &/or participate in global strategic supply chain initiatives that cut across different Business Units.

Family Description Supply (SU) covers the configuration, demand, and supply planning, order management, sourcing, production, delivery, and managing the procurement activities towards our suppliers. Subfamily Description Supply Operations (SOP) comprises the customer facing part of the supply chain. Covers the execution process after order intake as receiving and validating customer purchase order, equipment & service order management, procurement, delivery execution, and invoicing for the customer teams in the markets. Furthermore, SOP contains the management of local distribution and local material availability, and the contribution of pre-sales by providing optimised supply chain solution design and cost baseline.
