Experience in the practical application of Lean Manufacturing methods. Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Independence and proactivity in daily work. Main Responsibilities: Building a culture of continuous improvement within the factory in line with Lean Manufacturing principles. Supporting the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methods and tools across the plant. Coordinating and supporting the activities of project teams. Analyzing and evaluating production processes and initiating actions aimed at continuous improvement. Planning, organizing, and facilitating Kaizen workshops.
