The client is a commercial bank Basic information: Location: 100% remote (from Poland) Rate: 160–250 PLN/hour net + VAT Employment type: B2B contract Duration: 12 months + extensions Recruitment process: max. 2 stages English: B1 / Fluency in Polish is required Luxmed, MultiSport, equipment provided by the client We are looking for a candidate with experience in implementing and verifying the correct implementation of requirements related to DORA and KSC/NIS2. Scope of work - Drafting and updating legal documents - Conducting corrective actions within the organization to address identified procedural deficiencies or irregularities in the fulfillment of obligations under DORA and KSC/NIS2 - Collaborating with other organizational units of the Bank (in particular IT and IT security) to jointly develop standards for activities in the process of fulfilling obligations under DORA and KSC/NIS2 - Taking initiatives to ensure full compliance with DORA and KSC/NIS2 regarding the correctness of DORA reporting - Prioritizing and preparing reports, providing support during DORA-related inspections and audits Legal Knowledge Requirements - Knowledge of the DORA Regulation and its implementing acts (RTS/ITS) - Knowledge of legal provisions regarding the National Cybersecurity System - General knowledge of legal provisions regarding banking operations Profile: - High independence – ability to make decisions without supervision - Proactivity – proposing improvements, not just completing tasks “from tickets” - Strong ability to organize one’s own work in a 100% remote environment - Ability to quickly exchange information with multiple teams within the organization as part of coordination efforts - Bachelor’s degree - Certifications or proof of competence in the following areas are welcome: Compliance Officer, NIS, KSC, DORA, compliance management, risk management, business continuity management. - Collaborating with other organizational units of the Bank (in particular IT and IT security) to jointly develop standards for activities in the process of fulfilling obligations under DORA and KSC/NIS2 Nr ref.: 1198720 Lokalizacja: Polska Rodzaj pracy: Kontrakt
