Role name and description We are looking for a highly skilled MS Fabric Architect, a highly experienced data professional who combines deep hands-on expertise with strong technical leadership. This role focuses on designing and delivering enterprise-grade Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Lakehouse-based architectures, while actively contributing to implementation and guiding engineering teams. You will own the architecture of modern data platforms while remaining closely involved in technical delivery. You will design and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, and semantic layers, with a strong focus on medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold layers), collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure data platforms. Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices and CI/CD.
Knowledge of advanced Power BI optimization, Azure integrations, or AI-related concepts.
Skills and attributes for success
Solving complex business problems at scale and understanding business needs to deliver the right solutions. Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric combined with architectural thinking. Ability to design scalable Lakehouse solutions based on medallion architecture, build efficient semantic layers, and drive technical delivery across ingestion, transformation, and serving layers in collaboration with engineering teams.
Your key responsibilities
As a MS Fabric Architect, you will be responsible for:
Design and deliver Microsoft Fabric data architectures based on Lakehouse/Warehouse and medallion patterns.
Lead hands-on implementation across Fabric ingestion, transformation, and semantic layers.
Design high‑performance, reusable semantic models aligned with analytics and reporting needs.
Drive integration with Azure services and external systems.
Ensure performance, governance, security, and quality across Fabric environments.
To qualify for the role, you must have
6+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or data architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and medallion architecture.
Experience designing data models, semantic layers, and scalable pipelines.
Understanding of data governance, security, and quality.
Strong stakeholder management skills and very good English.
