The opportunity We are looking for English-speaking candidates technically skilled to support our operational excellence agenda by combining strong project coordination capabilities with hands‑on expertise across key digital tools (Excel, Power Automate/Power BI). Your key responsibilities
Lead Project/Program Coordination & Governance:
Act as the coordinator between multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity and timely delivery across all assigned initiatives
Develop and maintain clear, structured, and regularly updated project reporting to support decision‑making and ensure transparency
Coordinate internal initiatives such as workshops, trainings, Town Halls and team events
Drive operational excellence in planning and execution of internal activities
Ensure smooth logistics, communication and stakeholder alignment for events and initiatives
Drive Automation & Operational Excellence
Ensure High‑Quality Reporting & Data Management:
Build and maintain robust Excel‑based or Power BI‑based reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, quality and reliability
Conduct regular data validation, perform structured quality checks and identify areas requiring correction or optimization
Support budget tracking, cost monitoring and financial reporting for programs and initiatives
Ensure proper allocation of costs, engagement codes and compliance with internal financial processes
Collaborate with Finance and leadership on forecasting and budget optimization
Standardize ways of working, templates and reporting approaches
Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams
Operational & Cross‑Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines and expectations
Facilitate information flow and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders at various levels of the organization
To qualify for the role, you must have
Experience in a role combining tool support, reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement
Proven ability to work in multi‑stakeholder environments and drive topics to completion
Ability to create high‑quality materials (presentations, reports) and deliver training sessions
Capacity to work under time pressure while maintaining high quality and service standards
