As an Inclusion&Diversity Working Student, you'll play a vital role in promoting diversity and inclusion within our organization. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our I&D team, gaining hands-on experience in communication, content creation, and employee engagement. Your contributions will help shape a more inclusive workplace and drive our I&D initiatives forward.

Wymagania
Strong interest in psychology, diversity, and inclusion, with a passion for creating an inclusive workplace.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
Content creation skills, including copywriting and graphic design, with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
Experience in video creation and editing, with a creative eye for engaging multimedia content.
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion concepts and theories, demonstrating sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Availability of at least 4-5 hours per working day, with a commitment to integrating with the team and supporting projects.
Eagerness to learn and adapt, staying updated with evolving tools and processes in the I&D field.
Zakres obowiązków
Write and edit communication materials to promote I&D initiatives, engaging employees through various channels.
Collaborate with the internal communications team to develop inclusive content, raising awareness and understanding.
Create multimedia content, including videos and presentations, to effectively communicate I&D messages.
Work with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to develop and execute diversity-focused initiatives and events.
Conduct research on best practices and industry trends in I&D, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions to educate and engage employees on diversity topics.
Provide support in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment, ensuring all employees feel valued and respected.
