Qualification requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.

• Work experience in sphere of debt management as well as knowledge of legal basics is advantageous.

• Excel user.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Maintenance of debt collection procedures (leasing /credit contracts).

• Monitoring of clients' portfolio payment discipline.

• Implementation of measures for settlement of overdue debts.

• Written/verbal contacts with clients (soft collection).

• Cooperation with collection agencies (hard collection support).
