Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementation projects within the P&C insurance, taking ownership of defined workstreams within complex transformation programs. Take on responsibilities such as Product Owner, Scrum Master or Lead Analyst, depending on project needs. Conduct complex business analysis, define functional requirements, and design solutions with cross-functional teams. Partner with clients to solve business and technology challenges. Support knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of less experienced team members. Support the development of relationships with new and existing clients. Contribute to proposal preparation and client presentations. Participate in stakeholder discussions and help articulate solution approaches. Identify opportunities to expand collaboration within existing engagements. 3+ years of experience in consulting or IT delivery within the US/Canada P&C insurance market. Hands-on experience delivering Guidewire implementation projects (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter or ClaimCenter preferred). Strong understanding of P&C insurance operating models and core processes Experience in business analysis and functional design, with strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with clients. Experience coordinating project streams or owning defined areas of delivery is an advantage. Base salary range: 110 000 – 180 000 CAD gross yearly. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education, and geographic location.
