Required skills

Experience: open to candidates motivated to start or grow a career in sales or logistics, including recent graduates or those new to the market.
Language: Italian (ideally native or fluent), English min. B2+ Spanish or French is a plus
Tool Pro: working with platform functionalities and available internal tools to carry out daily tasks.
Soft skills: high motivation, sales mindset
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or sales.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to guide our clients through their entire journey on our platform, from onboarding to long-term success. Your main goal will be to build lasting relationships, proactively solve problems, and identify opportunities to maximize customer value. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and know how to turn challenges into business wins, this role is for you.
Your role in the team
Guiding customers through the purchase process by advising, instructing, and engaging them according to their unique needs.
Conducting personalized onboarding and educational activities to ensure clients effectively utilize the platform and its functionalities.
Maintaining long-term relationships, monitoring satisfaction, and identifying cross-selling or up-selling opportunities to increase business value and prevent churn.
Managing soft debt collection by monitoring payments, contacting clients regarding delays, and proposing tailored repayment solutions.
Handling the termination and offboarding processes, attempting to retain customers, and identifying reasons for unmet business objectives.
Collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently and carrying out daily tasks using available tools in compliance with established standards.
